Overview

The latest enhancement in BOSS811 introduces the Watchers feature, designed to facilitate the assignment of team members to specific tickets. Watchers enable designated individuals to get ticket updates and stay informed about ticket details effortlessly.

Instructions to use the Watchers feature

1. Navigate to the Tickets tab from your left menu. Select the ticket you want to assign watchers to.
2. Scroll down and Find the option Watchers.
3. Hover over Start watching. Click Add Watchers.
4. You can view the available users to assign as watchers. Select from the list and Click Add.
5. You can also delete the watcher from the Ticket. Click the Delete symbol next to their name.
