How to setup SMS notifications

  1. Click on the Admin icon
  2. Go to Notifications / Notifications
  3. Select your call center
  4. Select the notification you would like to edit and click on the edit icon

  5. Click on SMS notification

  6. Set the notification to enabled
  7. Select the Role to be notified
  8. Select the user to be notified (optional)
  9. If you wish to notify the assignee you can enable that option
  10. Click Insert placeholders to use placeholders in the subject or E-mail body
  11. Edit the SMS body (optional)
  12. Click Save
