How to setup E-mail notifications
- Click on the Admin icon
- Go to Notifications / Notifications
- Select your call center
- Select the notification you would like to edit and click on the edit icon
- Set the notification to enabled
- Select the Role to be notified
- Select the user to be notified (optional)
- If you wish to notify the assignee you can enable that option
- Click Insert placeholders to use placeholders in the subject or E-mail body
- Edit the E-mail subject (optional)
- Edit the E-mail body (optional)
- Click Save
