How to setup E-mail notifications

  1. Click on the Admin icon
  2. Go to Notifications / Notifications
  3. Select your call center
  4. Select the notification you would like to edit and click on the edit icon
  5. Set the notification to enabled
  6. Select the Role to be notified
  7. Select the user to be notified (optional)
  8. If you wish to notify the assignee you can enable that option
  9. Click Insert placeholders to use placeholders in the subject or E-mail body
  10. Edit the E-mail subject (optional)
  11. Edit the E-mail body (optional)
  12. Click Save
