How to setup E-mail notifications

Click on the Admin icon

Go to Notifications > Notifications

Select your call center
-
Select the notification you would like to edit and click on the edit icon

Set the notification to enabled

Select the Role to be notified
-
Select the user to be notified (optional)

If you wish to notify the assignee you can enable that option
-
Click Insert placeholders to use placeholders in the subject or E-mail body
-
Edit the E-mail subject (optional)
-
Edit the E-mail body (optional)
-
Click Save
