How to setup a Call Center

  1. Go to Admim , Ticket Management then Call Centers
  2. Click the blue plus icon to add a new call center
  3. Select the correct Provider
  4. Give the call center a name
  5. Enable the call center
  6. If splitting tickets by service area then you will need to enable that option
    1. If using service areas then click on the Add Service Area icon and enter the service area codes.
    2. Enable the service areas
  7. Fill out the required fields to receive requests from 811 (If required)
  8. Fill out the required fields to send responses to 811 (If required)
  9. Enable the option to send responses
  10. Click on Save to save your call center settings
