How to setup a Call Center
- Go to Admim , Ticket Management then Call Centers
- Click the blue plus icon to add a new call center
- Select the correct Provider
- Give the call center a name
- Enable the call center
- If splitting tickets by service area then you will need to enable that option
- If using service areas then click on the Add Service Area icon and enter the service area codes.
- Enable the service areas
- Fill out the required fields to receive requests from 811 (If required)
- Fill out the required fields to send responses to 811 (If required)
- Enable the option to send responses
- Click on Save to save your call center settings
