How to setup a Call Center

  1. Click on the admin icon ,

  2. Navigate to Ticket Management > Call Centers

  3. Click on the blue plus icon . The New Call Center page will apppear.

  4. Enter the following information:

    • Select the correct Provider
    • Enter a call center a name
    • Enable the call center
    • If splitting tickets by service area, then you will need to enable that option.
      1. If using service areas, then click on the Add Service Area icon and enter the service area codes.
      2. Enable the service areas
  5. Fill out the required fields to receive requests from 811 (If required)

  6. Fill out the required fields to send responses to 811 (If required)
  7. Enable the option to send responses
  8. Click on Save to save your call center settings
