How to setup a Call Center

Click on the admin icon ,

Navigate to Ticket Management > Call Centers

Click on the blue plus icon . The New Call Center page will apppear.

Enter the following information:
- Select the correct Provider
- Enter a call center a name
- Enable the call center
- If splitting tickets by service area, then you will need to enable that option.
- If using service areas, then click on the Add Service Area icon and enter the service area codes.
- Enable the service areas

Fill out the required fields to receive requests from 811 (If required)
- Fill out the required fields to send responses to 811 (If required)
- Enable the option to send responses
- Click on Save to save your call center settings
