How to reset a forgotten password

1. Click on the Forgot Password? link . A pop-up window will appear.

2. Enter your email address in the field provided and click Send Reset Password Instructions.

   

3. Open your email inbox and locate the password reset email. Click the link in the email to proceed.

   

4. Enter your new password in the password field.

5. Click Change My Password to finalize the reset process.
