How to create Time Entry Tasks

To create a time entry task, follow the steps outline below

  1. Click on the Admin icon

  2. Navigate to Ticket Management > Time Entry Tasks

  3. Click on the New Time Entry Task icon . The Time Entry Tasks page will appear.

  4. Enter the folllowing information:

    • Select the call center that the time entry task will be used with
    • Enter a task name.
  5. Click Save.
