How to create an advance search

  1. Select the Tickets icon
  2. Click on the advance search icon
  3. Click on Add filter group. Note: You can add as many filter groups as you like

  4. Click on Add a filter

    Note: You can add as many filters as you like.

  5. Configure the filter for your desired results

  6. You can from Available Columns to Selected Columns to add more search criteria.

  7. To save the filter and the selected columns in the results, click the Save search dashboard1 button.

  8. Click the Clear dashboard1 button to remove all filters and reset the search configuration.
