How to create a Map area

Map areas allows you to draw separate service areas that can then be used in polygon based routing.

  1. Click on the Admin icon

  2. Navigate to Ticket Management > Map Areas.

  3. Click on the map icon located in the upper right corner. The map area page will appear.

  4. Select a call center and click on Add an Area

  5. Choose either to Draw a shape or Draw a rectangle from left menu bar.

  6. Draw the desired option on the map to outline your service area

  7. Give the service area a name

  8. Select a color for the service area

  9. Click Save
