How to create a Map area
Map areas allows you to draw separate service areas that can then be used in polygon based routing.

Click on the Admin icon

Navigate to Ticket Management > Map Areas.

Click on the map icon located in the upper right corner. The map area page will appear.

Select a call center and click on Add an Area

Choose either to Draw a shape or Draw a rectangle from left menu bar.

Draw the desired option on the map to outline your service area

Give the service area a name

Select a color for the service area

Click Save
