How to create a custom field
To create a custom field, follow the instrction below:

Click on the admin icon

Navigate to Ticket Management > Custom Fields

Click on the blue plus icon. The new custom field page will apppear.

Enter the following information:
- Select the call center
- Select the type of custom field
- Give the custom field a name
- Select if the custom field is required or not

Click Save
