How to create a custom field

To create a custom field, follow the instrction below:

  1. Click on the admin icon

  2. Navigate to Ticket Management > Custom Fields

  3. Click on the blue plus icon. The new custom field page will apppear.

  4. Enter the following information:

    • Select the call center
    • Select the type of custom field
    • Give the custom field a name
    • Select if the custom field is required or not
  5. Click Save
