General

General section allows you to modify basic information associated with your organization.

To update the general settings,

  1. Navigate to Admin > Account. The Account Settngs page will appear.

  2. Click on the General icon.

  3. Modify basic information associated with your organization.

    • Company Name: A free-form text field where you can enter the name associated with this account.
    • Time Zone: Select the appropriate time zone from the dropdown list. This defines the local time for time-based triggers and processes.
    • Beginning of the Week: Specify the starting day of the week (e.g., Sunday or Monday)
  4. Click on the Save buttondashboard1 to store any changes.

  5. Use the Cancel buttondashboard1 to abandon any changes.

Rebranding enables you to update your company logo. To upload a new logo or replace the existing one, click Choose File, then click Save.
