Boundary Search

Overview

The Boundary Search option in the Tickets feature was introduced to enhance the user experience in the maps view. The ability to create a Boundary Search in Tickets allows users to search for tickets within a specific geographical area displayed on the map.

Users can select from two shapes - rectangle, or polygon - and draw it on the map. The system will then identify and display tickets that fall within the boundaries of the selected shape. This enhanced view provides users with a more intuitive and flexible way to locate tickets based on their geographical location, ultimately improving efficiency and usability.

To view the enhancements, navigate to the Tickets tab from the left side menu and click on the globe icon to switch to the map view.
