Work Status

Overview

Introducing a feature that enables you to monitor the real-time status of a ticket, providing clarity on its progress. Initially, the status is set to "Not started," but as soon as the worker starts heading to their worksite, they have the option to update the status. Additionally, one can easily track the work status by including the "Work Status" column in the list of tickets, which can be configured in the settings.

Types of Status

Here are the descriptions for each status:

  1. Not started: No work has commenced from any worker.
  2. En Route: The assigned employee is currently en route to the workplace.
  3. On Site - In Progress: The worker has arrived on site and initiated the task.

NOTE: This button should only be visible to users who have update permissions for a Ticket.

How do you change the Work status of a Ticket?

  1. Navigate to the Tickets tab from your Dashboard. Select the list view of the ticket.
  2. Select the ticket that you would like to update the work status to.
  3. Click the Work Status button available from the menu at the top right. This button is visible only if you have the update permissions for a Ticket.
  4. Select from the options available. Click Save.
  5. You can view the status of the ticket next to the ticket # as shown below -
